Compliance you can prove.Security you can trust.
We help Nigerian businesses meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act and keep their systems secure — then keep them protected and audit-ready all year.
Since September 2025, data protection in Nigeria is no longer optional paperwork. Organisations that process personal data must register with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), appoint a Data Protection Officer, and many must file an audited compliance return every year. Fines can reach 2% of annual revenue.
We're based in Port Harcourt. We check where you stand, put the missing protections in place, and keep them working — so you can get on with running your business.
Know where you stand.
We look at your data, test your systems, and measure you against the NDPA. You get a clear score and a short, prioritised plan — not a 200-page binder.
Close the gaps.
We put the controls in place: policies, access control, backups, endpoint protection, secure email, and privacy-ready software.
Keep it that way.
Ongoing monitoring, staff training, and yearly checks keep you ready for the regulator and for your biggest customers.
What we do for you.
Managed security
Compliance has to work on the ground. We deploy and manage endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, secure email (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), encrypted backups, and firewalls — priced monthly, so there's no big upfront cost.
Security checks & testing
Know your weak spots before attackers do. We run vulnerability scans, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security reviews, and phishing simulations — then show your team exactly how to close each gap. Every check includes a free re-check.
Training & awareness
Most breaches start with a click. Short, practical sessions for your staff, plain-language briefings for owners and directors on their legal duties, and the training records your auditors ask for.
Incident readiness
A written incident plan, clear roles and contacts, and one rehearsed scenario — so if something goes wrong, your team knows what to do, and you can notify the NDPC within the 72 hours the law requires.
Privacy-ready software
The software we build comes with consent, audit logging, and data-retention controls built in — so your apps help you comply instead of getting in the way.

Common questions.
Does the NDPA apply to my business?
If you collect personal data about customers, staff, or patients in Nigeria, yes. How much you must do depends on how many people's data you process. Our free check will tell you.
What is a Compliance Audit Return?
An annual audit report that larger data controllers must file with the NDPC, usually by 31 March, through a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation. We work with a licensed partner for the audit and filing, and we handle the fixes.
We're a small business. Is this affordable?
Yes. Our managed security is priced monthly, and we size every engagement to the business — shops, schools, and clinics included.
Can you work alongside our current IT provider?
Yes. We can do the checks and hand your team a clear fix list, or put the fixes in place ourselves.
